1. Eligibility Requirements
To claim any StarDawgs NFT-based utility or benefit, the claimant
(holder or approved delegate, where permitted) must:

Be at least eighteen (18) years old.

Successfully complete a valid KYC verification.

Be a lawful participant under all applicable U.S. federal regulations, including but not limited to OFAC, sanctions restrictions, anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements, and other jurisdictional rules governing digital assets.

Not be located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in digital asset activities, including NFT ownership, NFT utility redemptions, or identity verification processes.

Maintain a valid, compliant StarDawgs user account.

Minors never complete KYC. All minor participation occurs exclusively through a verified parent or legal guardian.
2. Holder Responsibilities
By holding a StarDawgs NFT, the holder agrees to:

Follow all Terms, Conditions, and Utility Policies

Comply with the StarDawgs Code of Conduct

Complete a valid KYC verification to claim utilities

Provide accurate information and documentation

Follow production, event, and safety rules

Understand that selling or transferring an NFT permanently removes access to any previously assigned utility, consistent with the permanent assignment rules
