You may connect a non-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask) or use the integrated custodial wallet system known as the StarDawgs Wallet, which is securely powered by Privy Technologies, Inc.
Privy provides identity verification (KYC) and private-key management on our behalf in compliance with applicable laws. The StarDawgs Wallet remains a user-custodied account, and you are responsible for maintaining control over your access credentials.
**4.4 Blockchain Transactions**
All purchases are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain (or another designated chain). Transactions are immutable and irreversible.
**5. Intellectual Property and License**
**5.1 Ownership**
You own the NFT token itself, but all intellectual property in the artwork, brand, and related media remains owned by Reel Vision Entertainment, LLC.
**5.2 License**
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to display the NFT artwork for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., galleries, social media).
**5.3 Restrictions**
You may not:
- Use the artwork commercially without written consent
- Create derivative works or reproduce the NFT
- Use it in illegal, hateful, or obscene contexts
**6. Membership Benefits and Utilities**
**6.1 Examples**
Benefits may include:
- Invitations to red-carpet events and film premieres

- Exclusive community content and early-access opportunities
**6.2 No Guarantee**
All benefits are illustrative only and subject to change or cancellation. The Company will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes to benefits via email or announcement on the Site, except where immediate changes are required due to circumstances beyond our control.
Availability depends on Company discretion, NFT type, and holder status.
**6.3 KYC Requirement**
You must complete a valid Know Your Customer (KYC) verification through our wallet technology partner Privy Technologies, Inc. before claiming benefits. Failure to complete a valid KYC voids eligibility.
Your Responsibility
By proceeding with KYC verification, you represent and warrant that:
•You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements
•You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any restricted jurisdiction
•You are not subject to economic sanctions administered by OFAC or other applicable sanctions authorities
•All information provided is accurate, current, and complete
Non-compliance with these requirements will promptly result in the rejection of your KYC application, rendering you ineligible to purchase NFTs on our platform or claim any benefits or perks associated with StarDawgs NFTs.
**7. Disclaimers and Risks**
- NFTs are not securities or investments and may have no resale value.
- Blockchain transactions are final and may be affected by network congestion or contract vulnerabilities.
- All sales are final; no refunds or chargebacks.
- The Company is not responsible for third-party providers, including wallets or payment processors.
**8. Privacy and Data Protection**
