If someone violates eligibility rules or laws, access could be restricted. Otherwise, Know Your Customer (KYC) ensures safety, allowing legitimate holders to fully enjoy the perks. If a holder wishes to attend a StarDawgs experience that requires specific entry criteria, such as age verification or a background check, and they are denied access due to failing to meet those criteria, that denial is lawful. We have the legal obligation to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees, which may include enforcing age restrictions or other entry requirements. Additional reasons for denial could include the individual being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, exhibiting disruptive behavior, or failing to present valid identification. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to anyone at any time for safety, security, regulatory compliance, operational, or business-integrity reasons. Authorized access requires prior approval. Individuals who are denied or asked to leave must do so immediately. Noncompliance may result in removal, notification of law enforcement, and/or civil or criminal prosecution.

We don’t tie rewards to rigid dates or profits, but as we grow and hit milestones, we roll out perks in true Hollywood fashion. Sometimes that means luxury gifts, sometimes experiences, always surprises. They’re not payouts, just celebrations and that’s what we promise to deliver. We will communicate that progress clearly through the Website, social media pages, newsletters, and announcements. The focus is always on transparency and delivery. Also, we have already delivered perks to early holders, such as roles in our prior movies, attendance to prior Red-Carpet events, and access to our photo-realistic metaverse, Income Island.

That clause is legal protection for compliance, not a loophole. Our entire brand is built on Hollywood access; removing perks would undercut our mission. Adjustments may happen, but delivery is non-negotiable. Here’s our guarantee, StarDawgs celebrates our holders. If the StarDawg holder is not a SAG/AFTRA member, production will go through the necessary steps set forth by SAG to make sure that the holder is able to meet the requirements to perform in the role. (In the event that a holder is unable to meet the requirements due to unforeseen circumstances, your role will be adjusted accordingly.)
