How will you decide which holder gets cast?

Accepted Answer

The people being cast depends on the Movie, filming location, scene and the availability of the members. Filming dates and location of the movie, as well as outline of the scenes will be presented to all of the StarDawg eligible members who hold a Superstar. Based upon members availability they may use their perks to be in this specific scene or retain their access for a future project or a different scene in the same movie. Movies will be ongoing, and the members may decide when and where they would like to use their perk. If the scene has a limited number of roles, the members are chosen on a first come first serve basis.

For holders of the jeweled microphone trait, we will request a video submission in order to clarify which role to cast them in.

If cast, you will be regarded as talent and will be compensated in accordance with standard production protocols; this compensation is NOT a distribution to NFT holders. Chosen members will be paid standard SAG rates for their role and will also be featured in the credits of the film.

How long will it take for holders to receive their role? Give us a realistic timeline.

Accepted Answer

We are currently in pre-production of our Rom-Com and will have numerous opportunities for our members within this film. Our plan is to produce at least one film annually, which will provide ongoing benefits for our members.

Question 3

If I hold a Superstar StarDawg and I am cast, then sell my StarDawg on the secondary market, will that NFT still be eligible for a role? If Superstars can be cast in more than one film, what does that look like, will all Superstars get cast at least once before anyone gets a second role?

Accepted Answer

The Superstars that are sold on secondary market can be used again. The Superstars that hold the jeweled microphone, are subject to wait until all other jeweled microphone StarDawg holders have been cast in the films. As for the remainder of the Superstars, they will have a shot at being in a movie if the roster does not fill up for a certain scene with first time superstar holders, then the secondary holders will have the option to submit their name to be in those scenes. It is “first come first serve” with first time holders getting priority for the roles.

What do collections look like after this genesis collection? Will they be large? Will they have the same perks? Will traits from the genesis collection carry over? Will there be the same jobs, traits, will there be a burn feature?

Accepted Answer

The future collections will be much smaller. They will be tied directly to the specific film they were created for. The breeds will be different with each collection and will never be duplicated. The future NFTs will overall have more limited perks, since the collections are smaller, with some perks, jobs and traits, being similar and some being new. We like surprises and we hope you do too.

If I get the trait that allows me Red Carpet access, what does that look like? Are they all in Hollywood? Is it only one ticket? Do you cover travel and accommodation?  Can I hold my NFT and just sell my Red Carpet ticket or tickets?

Accepted Answer

We have plans to hold Red-Carpet events in multiple locations. Tickets are for members and their plus one (two total). Members are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Yes. You can transfer your Red-Carpet event ticket/tickets. The new owner will be required to KYC.

How do you handle jurisdictional issues, what if a holder is in a country where NFTs or certain perks are restricted?

Accepted Answer

Members are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country. You must be of legal age in the jurisdiction you reside, in order to purchase a StarDawg NFT. To protect both holders and the brand. We may Geo-block or restrict certain perks by region where required by applicable law. In those cases, access may be limited or unavailable.

What is the process of multiple Script-Holding StarDawgs pitch scripts, how many are reviewed, and how do you decide what gets produced or passed on?

Accepted Answer

All of them will be reviewed as they become available from the members. If a script is greenlit, we will coordinate with our production team and SAG to bring your script to fruition. A StarDawgs member whose script has been greenlit, will receive additional perks.

If someone sells their Superstar NFT mid-process (after being cast but before filming), how is that utility tracked and handled?

Accepted Answer

If they sell or transfer their Superstar NFT before the filming of their role, they will lose their membership benefits and their role.

Are any of your current film projects already financed and greenlit, or are they still in development? What happens if you can’t get funding?

Accepted Answer

We have partial funding secured for several of our films, as well as distribution in place. We are not reliant upon the completed mint of StarDawgs to proceed into production.

What happens if you don’t mint out? Is there a cut oﬀ date for minting? Is there a cut oﬀ date for reveal if all the NFTs haven’t been minted by a certain time?

The cutoff date will be determined based on real time information. We currently do not have a cutoff date set, as the intention will be to mint the collection in its entirety. We will announce any changes, if necessary, along with updates on reveal timeframe.

A film’s box office performance does not affect StarDawgs perks. Box office profits are not our sole revenue source. Utilities are tied to membership, not profits, and focus on Hollywood access and experiences. Our credibility rests on consistently delivering those experiences, regardless of financial outcomes.

If a perk has a fair market value (FMV), StarDawgs will comply with applicable tax laws by issuing the required forms. All tax obligations are the responsibility of holders under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Accepted Answer

Perks are handled differently depending on the type. Celebratory perks are claim-based, with one claim, per token, per reward occurrence, with a set expiration date.
 If a reward is not claimed before the expiration date, it becomes invalid. However, if a token is sold before expiration, the new owner can still claim the available perk once they have provided a valid Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. 
 Role perks, like casting opportunities and shadowing a producer or director, do not expire.
 They are tracked for life, with every token guaranteed a first-time opportunity before any second claims are offered. If resold, the token’s place in line carries forward to the new holder.
 Other utilities, such as script pitching, will have claim windows that open, potentially providing holders with multiple opportunities to claim those utilities.
 Naturally, a member would be required to possess ownership of the NFT with that specific trait during those timeframes, in order to have multiple opportunities.
 The system ensures fairness, transparency, and clarity for both original minters and secondary buyers.
 Perks are tracked for eligibility, not value. This tracking is purely about fairness and clarity, not about profit or financial returns.

StarDawgs is a working production company under Reel Vision Entertainment. We are not reliant on mint funds to sustain perks. Revenue comes from our film productions and business ventures, which support long-term delivery. Mint funds help launch, but they are not the backbone of sustainability.

If a member’s script is chosen, optioned and produced, a contract will be negotiated with the terms and conditions, separate from the member’s NFT. As a writer, you will be compensated in accordance with standard production protocols; this compensation is NOT a distribution to NFT holders. Chosen members will be paid standard WGA rates for their script and will also be featured in the credits of the film.

There will always be individuals creating new content across multiple platforms. As things change in the emerging Tech industry, we will change along with them. For credited roles, it needs to be the member’s legal name or their “stage name” that will be in the credits. To get on the studio lot or film locations you will need to give your legal name on your driver’s license for studio access and safety union precautions.
